Terms of Service

These terms govern your company’s use of RoofGo. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

RoofGo provides roof measurements derived from aerial and third-party data, and tools to price, present and share estimates. Measurements and estimates are approximations for sales purposes. They are not a survey, an inspection or a binding bid, and you are responsible for verifying scope and price before contracting with a homeowner.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the pricing, licensing, warranty and financing information you publish through RoofGo.

Your content and your customers

You own your data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact homeowners, and for complying with marketing, telemarketing, mail and financing disclosure laws that apply to you.

Plans, credits and billing

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Property Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Usage beyond your plan’s allowance is billed at your plan’s published overage rate. Usage is recorded and visible to you in the app.

Acceptable use

No scraping, reselling of measurement data, abuse of short links, or attempts to access other accounts.

Liability

RoofGo is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell account owners about material changes in advance.
