Privacy Policy

RoofGo provides software that roofing companies use to estimate, propose and follow up on roofing work. This policy explains what information RoofGo handles and why.
Information about our customers
When a roofing company signs up we collect the account holder’s name, email address and password, the company’s business details and branding, and billing details, which are processed by Stripe.
Information about properties and homeowners
Our customers use RoofGo to work with property addresses, roof measurements and, when they choose to add them, homeowner names and contact details. That information belongs to the roofing company that entered it. RoofGo processes it on their behalf and does not sell it or use it for any other company.
How we use information
- To provide the service: measurements, estimates, proposals, sharing and mail.
- To bill for the service and keep an auditable record of usage.
- To keep the service secure and to fix problems.
- To understand which features are used, in aggregate, so we can improve them.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run RoofGo, including mapping and aerial data providers, a database host, an email delivery service, and Stripe for payments. They receive only what they need to do their part.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data while an account is active. A company can ask us to export or delete its data, and a homeowner can ask the roofing company that contacted them, or us, to remove their details.
